75mm and 100 mm Systems are used for heavyweight applications, mainly by the Ministry of Defence and companies transporting heavy plant vehicles. The system has a minimum break strength of 10 Tonnes and as it is predominately used for specialist requirements has only a small range of fittings available. Single hooks, 'D' rings or shackles can be fitted to this system if preferred. 100 mm assemblies are preferred by those who need heavy capacity as well as more surface area to be covered in single lashing system.
